We host special dining experiences, chef collaborations, and seasonal events throughout the year. Pintxo Social with Big Pearl Caviar: Sunday April 26th. Seatings at 12pm, 12:15pm, 1:30pm, 1:45pm. $132 per person. Join us for a luxurious Pintxo Social featuring Big Pearl Caviar. This monthly gathering begins with a true Basque-style pintxo experience, elevated by a champagne toast and a selection of pristine caviar. Big Pearl sources caviar from some of the world's most exciting emerging farms, founded by acclaimed restaurateur Ariel Arce. Following the pintxo reception, guests move to the Main Dining Room for a seated luncheon and a preview of new spring dishes from the kitchen. Communal dining available at the Chef's Table. Asador Bastian hosts monthly Pintxo Socials, wine pairing events, and seasonal collaborations with chefs. Located in the historic 1883 Flair House brownstone at 214 W Erie St, River North, Chicago. Chef Doug Psaltis and pastry chef Hsing Chen serve premium steaks over live-fire charcoal and wild seafood flown in from Barcelona's fish markets.
