"Segovian Sunday" Pintxo Social Sept 13

Join us for a Segovian Sunday, a celebration of the Spanish asador tradition of fire, grazing, and gathering. This month we turn toward a whole roast suckling pig and the crisp white wines of harvest season. Guests begin in the bar room with a 30-minute walk-around pintxo tasting, then continue into the main dining room for a three-course set lunch built around cochinillo asado — suckling pig roasted whole until the skin crackles. Neighbors, regulars, and industry friends alike are welcome.
