Join us as we celebrate the Year of the Horse with a special showcase of exceptional duck from the Jurgielewicz family—renowned for raising some of the finest birds in the country—alongside Vaca Vieja raised for Asador Bastian from their other farm, Northern Peacock Cattle Company. 

In true Asador Bastian fashion, this menu honors the journey from pasture to kitchen and the deep relationships we share with one family of respected farmers whose dedication to craft and care defines every ingredient we serve. Wine pairings from our expert sommelier team will be available to enhance the meal.
