For one exclusive evening, Asador Bastian welcomes internationally celebrated Chef Kostas Papathanasiou for a special collaboration with Doug Psaltis. With experience in three-Michelin-starred institutions such as The Fat Duck and Frantzén, Chef Kostas most recently guided London’s Michelin-starred Lita to retain its star as Culinary Director in February 2026. 

Enjoy a six-course dinner and exceptional wine pairings will be available to enhance your meal. An intimate night of world-class cuisine awaits.

Vaca Vieja of Galiciana beef, fondant of potato & piquillo pepper 


Dessert

Chocolate, coffee and hazelnut tart with blackcurrant sorbet
