Friends In Town With Chef Pedro Peña

Wednesday, August 27th

$190 per person

We're thrilled to open our doors and kitchen to our friend chef Pedro Peña of José El Carnicero, all the way from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Chef Doug Psaltis and Chef Pedro Peña met through mutual friends and connected through their shared passion for serving the best quality meats in the world. At José El Carcinero, Chef Pedro focuses on the Argentine tradition of slow cooking meats "la estaca" over an open flame. Join us for a special evening as these two chefs combine their passion and expertise to create a unique menu that highlights pork cooked over our charcoal grill.
