Big Pearl sources caviar from some of the world’s most exciting emerging farms. Founded by Ariel Arce—acclaimed restaurateur and passionate fine-foods enthusiast—Big Pearl champions the democratization of caviar, bringing this celebrated luxury ingredient to anyone with an adventurous palate, for any occasion.
Following the pintxo reception, guests will move to the Main Dining Room for a seated luncheon and a preview of new spring dishes from the kitchen. Make a few new friends and opt for our communal dining table for a lively afternoon.
