Join us at The Chef's Table for a celebration of Jacques Pépin’s 90th birthday, part of the Jacques Pépin Foundation’s 90/90 Dinner Series! Jacques has been an 

inspiration to chefs and home cooks for decades, and we are thrilled to be part of the celebration and fundraising efforts to support culinary education for all. Our dinner will feature a menu inspired by Jacques popular dishes. It promises to be an unforgettable evening, and we hope see you at this gathering of culinary enthusiasts!

THE MENU


1st Course

Comte Cheese Souffle

Black Truffle, Cinco jotas jamon iberico & marcona almonds


2nd Course

Jumbo Asparagus

Salad of raw & steamed asparagus, dijon mustard and tarragon sauce 


3rd Course

Golden Chicken Jardiniere

Golden chicken gently braised with a medley of  summer vegetables from the garden


4th Course

Galician Beef “Vaca Vieja” 

bone marrow pomme puree

summer green salad


5th Course

Crepe Suzette

thin crepes with oranges & tangerines, flambé with grand marnier
